Professionals are not an exception. I've seen (in the past) and heard (nowadays) doctors are still using abusive language, inappropriate phrases or sentences (e.g. "U ni bayar university ke nak jadi doktor?"). They are using such 'beautiful' language in the name of 'training' and 'teaching'. What they don't realise that people have different upbringing and different personalities. I pity the introverts, their motivation crushed with such 'nurturing' style.
I wish such 'mulut longkang' people will learn either the hard way or glean from others' life lessons.
